CAUTION:- Rs 250/- per month ADSL Broadband connection from BSNL is working at lightning speed BILLWISE in Kanpur.
I have paid thousands without any reason and now opted for another Co. for the same.
The top brass of BSNL may be in hand in gloves with the competitor.
